Today I will show you the Diet of SNSD
The popular K-pop girl group SNSD or Girls Generation is well-known for their pretty members.
They have all a perfect body shape *_*
But how? They aren't just sitting around doing nothing, NO
They all keep a strict diet and work out to keep that skinny body.
I'll show you a few of their diet plans:


SNSD Diet!




Breakfast: 150g carbohydrate*, 100g protein**, 50g+ greens***

Lunch: 150g carbohydrate*, 100g protein**, 100g greens***, 10 nuts

Snack: 100g sweet potato, 1 cup milk/soymilk, 50g+ greens***

Dinner: 100g sweet potato, 3 egg whites+1 yolk, 100g greens***

*Carbohydrate should be a complex carb such as brown rice, oats, barley, or beans.

**Protein should be “pure” like, chicken with no added oil, egg whites, deli turkey, or non-fat yogurt.

***Greens can be any vegetable. The greener the better, I suppose. One can basically have unlimited raw greens daily, and it really does make you full.

Note: Please drink plenty of water or non-sugary tea~!



It was revealed that the girls only eat a strict diet of fruits and vegetables. In the morning they eat 200 calories, for lunch they eat 300 calories and for dinner they eat the same 300 calories putting the total at 800 calories a day. The meal plan’s main three items were sweet pumpkins, lettuce and cherry tomatoes. When they get hungry in between meals they eat cucumbers. I find this fact ridiculous because when I get hungry between meals, I pick up a bag of chips and eat about their daily worth in calories.

Yuri SNSD's diet plan i read in articles that yuri eats about 1,200 calories a day. she eats about 4-5 meals a day but she eats healthy in her meals. Snsd mostly eats fruits and veggies and they mostly just drink water and milk. Yuri is actually an average weight but slimmer U can go on a water diet. Like when ur hungry instead of eating some junk food or whatever u eat, drink a tall glass of water. Water fills up ur stomach and makes u have clear healthy skin =]

Their diet also changes from time to time:

Meal Plan
breakfast- you can drink a glass of milk and have a banana or some other fruit.
i suggest not to skip any meals because it will just make u eat more in the other meals. if u dont have time to eat breakfast u can try taking the banana with u and eating it on the way. i skip breakfast so it makes me hungry by lunch time.
lunch- At lunch u can try having a bottle of water and some veggies.
Snack- ur should be healthy and not be junk food.
Dinner- Try telling ur parents u want something else like a cup of rice and some veggies.

You also shouldnt skip meals. It just causes a chance to gain weight. However u can try to skip a meal once a month but thats it.


Extreme before stage:


Breakfast - sweet pumpkins,cherry tomatoes,puddings

Lunch – Lemon,Tomato,Veggie Salad

Dinner – Watermelon,Pineapple,Shrimp Salad






As you can see, they are really following their diet strictily and dont't eat a lot.

If you choose this diet you must really stay strong and have the will to do this!
